Chop the Bell Pepper, Red Onion, prep the Garlic Clove (chop, grate, press) and roughly chop the Chives.

Heat a frying pan with a little oil and add the Chorizo cook for a few minutes and then add the Bell Pepper , and Red Onion and fry for another 5 minutes. Add the Garlic Clove and Sun-dried Tomato Paste and mix together frying for another minute or so.

Start to boil a pan of water for the Tagliatelle (start with boiled kettle water). Add the Water, Sugar, Chicken Stock, Tomato Passata and Chilli Flakes to the pan. Heat up until boiling then lower the heat and allow to simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.

Add the Tagliatelle to the pan of and allow to cook until tender (around 5 minutes). Season with a little salt.

Add the King Prawns to the pan and and mix together. Allow the King Prawns to cook for around 5 minutes. Drain and add the Tagliatelle and mix together well. Season with a little salt and pepper.

Serve the chorizo and king prawn tagliatelle between your plates. Chuck a few Chives and some Grated Parmesan Cheese on the top Eat and enjoy!
